What is backlink in computer geeks' world ?

Backlink is a link from one web page to another. More accurately, it is the link that a website has received from another website. Getting a backlink plays an important role in the ranking of a website in search engine results. Therefore, it is a must for webmasters who concentrate on SEO. No one knows exactly how important they are, but they are thought to be necessary to get ahead in search engine results. Backlinks should be natural. This means that a website should not use artificial means to create back links for their websites. The quality of the connections is more important than the quantity. Backlinks can be text-based or banner, image or photo. Standard connection procedures are applied when connecting. This naturally requires knowledge of html.
